Founded in 1978, Hill, Adams, Hall & Schieffelin, P.A. is a litigation law firm concentrating in the defense of health care providers. In addition to providing medical malpractice defense to clients throughout the state of Florida, we take great pride in defending health care providers and we have never represented a Plaintiff in a medical malpractice case. We also counsel our health care clients in a variety of other matters including antitrust, medical staff disputes, patient confidentiality, withdrawal of life support, sentinel event reporting, HIPAA, and civil rights.
